Scheduling is one of the clearest places where Suite can connect several tools into one workflow.
The planned Scheduling module will work like a focused booking layer: define availability, share a booking link, sync calendars, and create a meeting automatically.
Calendar first
Google Calendar integration matters because availability already lives outside the workspace for many teams.
Suite should read busy time, respect buffers, and write new events back to the calendar without forcing users to maintain two schedules.
Dote as the meeting layer
Dote is the natural default for Suite meetings.
The first version can use PeerJS for simple 1:1 calls. When meetings become larger huddles, Agora gives Suite a stronger group-call path without changing the user flow.
The outcome
A user books a slot, Suite checks availability, creates the calendar event, and attaches a Dote meeting link.
That is the kind of cross-app leverage Suite is designed for.
